Way of Harmony’s Front Cover

“In 2015, documentary photographer AJ Heath traveled to Bhutan. Making his home for a year in the isolated Buddhist kingdom, he found an enchanting country juggling the weight of tradition with the onslaught of modern life. In order to understand better a nation where happiness is famously prioritised and prescribed by the government, he set up an outside studio in the capital city and invited people to be photographed. Way of Harmony collects these portraits alongside illuminating and touching Facebook conversations between Heath and his subjects, which reveal their personal quests for happiness and unique perceptions of this fascinating nation.” #powerofsocialmedia #facebook #bhutan #wayofharmonyportraitsfrombhutan

Dislocated 5th metacarpal..!!

One operation under general anaesthetic to insert k-wire into my hand, two local anaesthetics, lots of laughing gas, 7 x-rays, a four inch needle in my arse and now a solid cast on my right hand for the next six weeks. An ideal injury for a photographer.

Lewa Half Marathon 2017

Across Africa 100 elephants are killed every day and Illegal poaching claims the life of one rhino every 10 hours. At this rate, these iconic species will be gone from the wild within your lifetime.

I have signed up to run in this year’s Safaricom Half Marathon which will take place in the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, Kenya on June 24th, 2017. I will be running on behalf of an amazing conservation charity called Tusk Trust and aiming to raise at least £2,000. Please click here to sponsor me, any donations will be much appreciated.  Thank you!
